Lineage Logistics (“Lineage”), a warehousing and logistics company backed by Bay Grove, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Loop Cold Storage (“Loop”), Oneida Cold Storage (“Oneida”) and Millard Refrigerated Services (“Millard”), which was previously announced in March.
