LogiTag: Quantum Resources Ltd to update on acquisition

Quantum Resources Ltd (ASX:QUR) is preparing to update on the acquisition of LogiTag Systems Limited, with the ASX granting the company a trading halt to prepare.Quantum has previously said that it expects the acquisition to be completed in April 2016, upon which it is proposed that the company's name will change to LogiTag Systems Limited and its ASX issuer code will change to (ASX:LOG).The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 4th April 2016, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
