Love it or hate it the "Cloud" is now a worldwide phenomenon. True cloud technologist like Apple and Amazon hold and manage our content like banks have been managing our money for centuries. So to hate it is like keeping your money under the mattress. It is natural to expect the same security and flexibility we now require from our banks but it will take years before governments come to terms with the cloud and what it means to you and me.
