Spooky season is over folks, now it's time to deck the halls and let Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas is You," echo through your home! Ha, just kidding. As great as Christmas is,many people seem to forget the holiday that falls between: Thanksgiving. I don't know why you'd want to forget about this amazing celebration. Food to feed an army, family gatherings to host thatarmy, and a whole month dedicated to giving thanks for everything we have. Yes, of course we should be thankful all year long, I know I am, but this is especially a good reminder to our kiddos. So here's the idea that we all know and love: The November Thankful Challenge. Have your kids draw, write, or say at dinner something different they're thankful for every day. It could be food in their bellies, a roof over their head, their toys, siblings, pretty much anything goes! You can support them in this challenge by partaking in it yourself. You can draw with them or even make a Facebook or Instagram post to keep up with the challenge. I'm thankful for my job, feet that take me where I want to go, and cute kiddos wearing our dapper black and white stripe with camel accents Henley shirt! What are you thankful for during this festive celebration?
