I've mentioned before that in this industry manufacturers often compete with their retailers in direct sales to customers, which is sort of crazy - you can't have two customers and take active steps to ensure that one of those is *not* successful.So it's refreshing to see companies that actively support their retailers and encourage others to keep their money on small businesses: http://babypapertoy.tumblr.com/post/137623863996/why-baby-paper-does-not-sell-direct-on-amazon.And please just enough with the showrooming.
