Light Tec: Synopsys Acquires Light Tec

Synopsys announced the acquisition of Light Tec, a provider of optical scattering measurements and measurement equipment. The acquisition will strengthen the software company's products in its ability to provide faster physics-based system modeling. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
