Lehman-Roberts: Midtown property sells for $2.3 million

Toof American Digital's 85,000-square-foot Cooper Street building sold for $2.3 million Thursday. Lehman-Roberts Co., doing business as Roberts Family Properties, purchased the building, which is located one block north of Central Avenue.
