Two former executives of ailing lacrosse retailer Lax World have filed for voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. Robert "Bobby" Martino, a former professional lacrosse player who was chief operating officer of Lax World, and Michael Stewart, a former Jos. A.
