LANE4 Property Group: Lane4 Property Group presents $140M Plaza apartments for Port KC incentives

Lane4 Property Group scored planners' approval in August 2022 for a 13-story, 319-apartment complex near the Country Club Plaza, including the site of the original JJ's Restaurant. In recent months, the developer has worked to finalize property tax exemption terms with the Port Authority of Kansas City, which could take up the bid this month.
