Hi and thanks for checking into our Lamplight Blog. Yes we have been experimenting with the overall look and feel of the website. We have added our familiar home page grid which features pictures and links to our main categories in addition to the side bar listing. Hope this helps with navigation. For the time being it is in html only and hasnot been converted to responsive CSS code. We are working on that.We have also tried a new template from our host. As with all templates there is some good and some bad. We believe the important search function is more obvious. We changed over the black and red color scheme which we did not like to one in brown and mauve. Not sure we will keep it as is long term though.Working with a template required a logo and the square one we used before did not work for the space. I have mocked up a posted a new logo but will be refining it some more as I have time.We have corrected some of the site browsing and SEO issues that have been bothering us. But this is a continuing project. Customers should not have much trouble getting around the site.We found and removed a pop up asking about "cookies" that should never have been there. We are not sure how or why it appeared but it was certainly annoying. I got rid of it as soon as I noticed that it came up while checking the site on my Iphone. Ouch.All for now.
