L&R: Cleveland Planning Commission tables Herold Building demolition, questions L&R billboard plan

If the L&R Group of Companies wants to demolish a historic downtown Cleveland building, the property owner must come up with a better plan than single-story retail and digital billboards, city boards said this week.
