Ktrcapital: Prologis sells Broward warehouse for $26M

A subsidiary of industrial giant Prologis has sold a Tamarac warehouse for $25.72 million. KTR South Florida LLC, which became a subsidiary of Prologis (NYSE: PLD) with the acquisition of KTR Capital Partners in 2015, sold the 285,596-square-foot warehouse at 9439 W. Commercial Blvd. The buyer was Madison-Ind Tamarac FL LLC, an affiliate of San Francisco-based NYL Investors, the commercial real estate arm of New York Life Insurance.
