A group of investors purchased the KOI Auto Parts Warehouse along Interstate 71 with plans to renovate the property for a new use. The investors, 630 Burbank LLC, purchased the nearly 90,000-square-foot warehouse and 26 other parcels along Boone St. in Walnut Hills on Feb. 11 from Neltner Properties LLC for $950,000.
