Keystone Spring Services, a family-owned provider of automotive parts and services with locations in Pittsburgh and Portersville, has been acquired. The business, which is owned by brothers Greg and Jason Valant, was founded in 1973 by Edward Valant Sr., Edward Valant Jr. and Chuck Haugh.
