Kevin Guest House is expanding its footprint on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus with the acquisition of a fourth building. The nonprofit agency closed Tuesday on 766 Ellicott St., paying $785,000 for the three-story Victorian owned by law firm Schroder Joseph & Associates LLP.
