Karsh’s Bakery in Phoenix is closing today. The Phoenix kosher bakery prepared its products by hand and has been in business since 1965, according to the Jewish News. The bakery’s manager cited competition and preparation costs for the closure. Karsh’s is located on 7th Street near Missouri Avenue.
