Kansas Surgical Arts Blog New Legs, New Cowboy Boots

About ten to twelve years ago, Myron started noticing discoloration in his lower legs. Through all of his doctor appointments, no one seemed to catch that he had any vein issues. Some thought it was just typical aging signs. Late last year, Myron would discover Kansas Surgical Arts from his primary care physician. Which would be the start of his journey to feeling better. This past January, Myron had his vein consultation with Dr. Oberhelman, She had always been up front in what to expect in procedures or treatments. Dr. Oberhleman explains everything well, there were no surprises, I am confident she has taken care of me, he stated. From ultrasounds and follow-ups, Myron was glad he went through the treatment. Through each appointment, Myron kept feeling better, It went from a little better, to a lot better, to being extremely thrilled and excited about how I felt! After his procedure he had very minimal discomfort and was so glad he walked into KSA. Previously, his feet would swell, his calves were discolored, and sometimes his left foot had a burning sensation. Since treatment, Myron has not had these issues. He also now wears compression socks, any young person should start out with them for prevention, anyone for that matter, theyre so well worth it. For ten years, Myron has not been able to wear cowboy boots because of the swelling in his feet. Now the swelling is gone and it seems as if his shoe size is now smaller. I am thrilled, just thrilled. Im about to go shopping to buy me some brand new cowboy boots.
