Js Photography Blog PAIGE 1yr Milestone Session >>> Sioux Falls Photographer

This one year session was so much fun! I got to hang out with friends and take the cutest photos in my lovely studio space.Tonya and I have known each other forever, we grew up together in the small town of Hoven, SD and were in the same class of 23 people. I have had the privilege of photographing this sweet family as they grow.Paige is oh so cute and just a ball of baby goodness that I love! We started off with some family poses, then some of big sister Emma and then we focused in on Paige because she is ONE. I love capturing this milestone so much even though it can be difficult because they are master crawlers and super baby fast, or learning to stand up with help or even walking. We got some pretty adorable shots and the finale of the rose milk bath is my fave! She was just loving on that cake and then she saw there was a little hole in the floor... which she thought would be fun to stick cake in.. then she decided she wanted it back and just went for it hahaha Sioux_Falls_family_photographer_newborn_milestone_downtown_studio_084 I am obsessed with how this milk bath turned out! So dang pretty. Ending a cake smash with a milk bath has been one of the best things I have started doing! They are beautiful and they get all that delicious cake cleaned up.
