JCB: Former owners of JCB Labs sue current owners

The former owners of JCB Labs in Wichita filed suit in federal court last week, claiming the current owners have not paid them what they are owed. Kent Richardson and Brian Williams owned the medical lab company from 2002 to 2013, when they sold it to a Dutch company called Fagron, the Wichita Eagle reports. Richardson and Williams claim they are owed about $6 million based on the lab's performance.
