IXYS Colorado: IXYS Colorado's PVM-1001 950 V High Speed Pulse Generator

IXYS Colorado announces the introduction of its PVM-1001 950 Volt high speed, high power pulse generator. With advanced pulse power circuitry using IXYS IXDI604SI MOSFET drivers, and high voltage, high speed MOSFET switches, the PVM-1001 drives a 50 Ohm load from 0 V to 950 V with less than an 8 nanosecond rise time.
