Iverify: Charlotte's Iverify to merge with Trans Alarm, gain investment from Securitas

Charlotte-based security firm Iverify says it will merge with Trans Alarm Security Services of Burnsville, Minn., in a move aimed at creating "one of the most comprehensive security product and service suites in the industry."
