Iterio: Multiconsult acquires the Swedish engineering consulting company Iterio AB

Oslo 7 March 2017 - Multiconsult acquires the Swedish consulting company Iterio AB and thereby strengthens its presence in Sweden, according to the 3-2-1 GO strategy objectives of developing a multidisciplinary business in Sweden. The transaction will be settled in cash on 7 March 2017 and the total purchase price is SEK 50 million. Iterio AB will become an integrated part of Multiconsult as of today.
