The Shops at Walnut Creek, a retail center in Westminster, has been purchased by an Illinois company for $57.1 million. The 216,325-square-foot shopping center located near the intersection of Highway 36 and 104th Ave. was purchased by InvenTrust Properties Corp. Tenants include T.J.
