Intercom: One of Cincinnati's largest private firms acquires IT company

One of the largest private companies and top employers in Greater Cincinnati has acquired another IT firm. Belcan LLC has closed its acquisition of Lansdowne, Va.-based Intercom Consulting & Federal Systems. Financial details of the deal weren't disclosed.
