TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 7, 2014) - Innovative Properties Inc. (INR) has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of one (1) new share for three (3) old shares. Any fractional share remaining after giving effect to the aforementioned consolidation that is less than one-half of one share shall be deemed to be cancelled and each fractional share that is at least one-half of one share shall be deemed to be changed to one whole share.
