Appleton Mayor Tim Hanna said city officials are well aware of the past bankruptcy case involving the owner of the company that bought the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel in June for $15.7 million. Hanna told the Appleton Post Crescent that he is confident Florida-based Inner Circle Investments CEO Joseph Gillespie is a good fit for the hotel and a proposed exhibition center.
