Happy New Year!Michael and I are excited by the progress we made in 2014, and can't wait to see what will happen with Infusion Matrix in 2015. We want to take this opportunity to share our most recent developments:Infusion Matrix submitted an NSF Small Business Innovation Research grant that has the potential to generate $1.5 million in non-dilutive capital over the next 24 months. We'll learn the status of our application in late February, or early March. We're now working with the Missouri Innovation Center to tap into resources available through the Missouri Business Development Program, and the University of Missouri. MIC President Bill Turpin is introducing us to both MU Dean of the College of Education Dr. Daniel Clay, and Columbia College Dean Dr. Scott Dalrymple in early January to discuss the IM model. An alternate timeline to SBIR funding has begun and we're working to secure capital from outside investment. This funding will help us move forward with our 2015-17 timeline regardless of whether we secure SBIR funding or not. We're in the final stages of working out an agreement with Future Problem Solving Program International to redesign their competition database that will generate annual revenue. The Phase I Integration Pilot with Gasconade County R-II School District is moving forward. A team of R-II teachers are uploading content they plan to use in the classroom before the end of February. They'll also provide feedback that will inform our Phase I Integration Plan and development of the Educator Growth Toolbox. The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has endorsed our Educator Growth Toolbox digital template and will refer districts to Owensville should the model validate itself. Our official public launch will occur February 11th - 13th at the Missouri Education Technology Conference. These are only a few of the highlights we're enjoying as we enter 2015. Right now it's all about getting users in the system to validate the model and generate data to inform development of the analytics engine. This is a critical time in our process, so it promises to be a VERY exciting ride. We're also excited to announce that in addition to our Graphic Artist/Web Designer Jelena Fleming, we're bringing on two new consultants as well. We'd like to welcome Michael Kelsey, a Senior Developer/Programer who will assist with development, and Curriculum Instruction expert Josephus Johnson who'll assist with all things education. Both bring a wealth of experience to Infusion Matrix. We'd like to take this opportunity to thank our investors. Without Ray, Mike and Mark we wouldn't have been able to get where we are now. Thank you gentleman for your belief, capital and patience as we work to shake things up and make a difference. We hope the New Year brings great things to you and yours.Welcome to the evolution of education!
