IMS: Adaptive-reuse development in lower South End nabs new tenant

An investment management software company with a focus on commercial real estate is moving its Charlotte headquarters closer to center city. Investor Management Services has signed a lease for 10,700 square feet at Bowers in lower South End, an adaptive-reuse development near the Lynx Blue Line Scaleybark Station at the corner of Yancey and Old Pineville roads.
