Hvfcu: Poughkeepsie-based credit union changes charter, adds Capital Region counties to its coverage area

Hudson Valley Credit Union is the fifth-largest credit union in the state, with $5.2 billion in assets and almost 300,000 members. It currently has 19 branches, in the four counties mostly centered around Poughkeepsie.
