Humm Systems: Humm Looks To Tap Into Guest Feedback At Restaurants, Businesses

Austin-based startup Humm said this week that it has launched its real time, customer feedback technology to the market. According to Humm, it offers up real time customer feedback systems, which is aimed at helping businesses gather customer feedback immediately from restaurant and other business customers. The startup--founded by Bernard Briggs--said it offers up an Android tablet running a custom application which lets customers provide opinions and feedback on a business immediately prior to leaving a restaurant, also letting those customers join email lists and loyalty programs.
