HSFC: Outdoors Notes: Offshore Challenge concept changing

The Halifax Sport Fishing Club announced the 2018 Tournament Schedule and a different concept to the Offshore Challenge Tournament.The Surf Fishing Tournament is March 10th. The 18th Annual Offshore Challenge will run March 31st to April 14th, in which you fish any two days during those dates.
