Jared Rigo, Coatings Operations Manager, joined the HRV team in 2016 as Coatings project manager. He will apply nearly 10 years of coatings application and quality inspection experience for structural steel bridge members, tanks and railcars, in overseeing HRV’s expansion in this growing market.
