GLASGOW, Scotland -- Howco Group has completed the acquisition of Manchester, England-based CTL Engineering Ltd. Howco primarily serves the oilfield services sector, with operations in the U.S., Scotland, England, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Norway and Dubai.
