HowAboutWe: IAC pops the question to HowAboutWe

After feeling intense competitive pressure from sites controlled by online giant InterActiveCorp., the Brooklyn dating site HowAboutWe sold most of its company to IAC (Nasdaq: IACI) on Monday, the companies said. DUMBO-based HowAboutWe will join IAC's Match Group, a collective of online properties focused on dating and relationships.
