A manufacturing company has paid a record price for a warehouse building in Franklin. The Tennessean reports that Horn USA Inc., which makes cutting tools for the metalworking industry, paid $10.75 million for a 101,000-square-foot building at 1870 General George Patton Drive, which equates to $105 per square foot.
