Horizon Properties Group LLC announced plans to redevelop a 16-acre site near Interstate 79 in Kennedy Township. The Canonsburg-based development company will renovate the existing two-story, 105,000-square-foot former SmithKline Beecham building on the site, develop a new 35,000-square-foot building on the site, as well as bring a new hotel to the location just off the Crafton exit of Interstate 79.
