Hog Wild Pit Bar-B-Q is expanding, this time into Derby. The restaurant chain is planning to open a location this summer in Derby's Bristol Square development, according to a report in the Derby Informer. Bristol Square is near the corner of Rock Road and Madison Ave. in Derby. Hog Wild has 11 locations, but could have as many as 14 when the Derby store opens, according to the newspaper report.
