What a fun session for the Wood family! Sarah contacted me a few months before her due date to see if we would be available for a newborn session for their little man who was due in November. We spent over an hour on the phone talking about the session and about our families. Most importantly we talked all about having a toddler and adding one more to the family. Definitely an adjustment... one that we went through when we had Reese. As crazy as it can be most days, there are such sweet moments that happen between siblings and I know we can say that when you start to see that, it makes the tough days seem small in comparison. In talking to Sarah and Scott, we wanted to know what they were most looking forward to with having their second. Sarah was overjoyed to meet her boy and was wondering, "Will he look like mommy or daddy?!" Abby (their daughter) looks just like mommy. Scott was excited about their family growing. Mr. Anderson decided he wanted to come on his due date instead of early as his Mommy predicted. He was born on November 20th at 9:58pm. Such a sweet little man with the calmest demeanor we've ever had for a newborn session. Abby was a doll and we can already tell she is going to be an amazing big sister full of fun ideas and energy. She loved the camera and gave Anderson plenty of kisses and hugs. One of Mommy's requests was that we get Anderson in dressed up in his reindeer outfit. Hands down one of the cutest things ever! We asked Sarah and Scott what their hope was for Anderson as he grows and what they wrote was so well put. They said, "We hope he develops a strong faith in God as his foundation and lives life with a joyful spirit in all he aspires!" We are so excited for Sarah, Scott, and Abby as they welcome Anderson into their home and hearts. Perfect timing for this sweet boy to be able to celebrate the holidays with his family!
