HHC: Gutwein Stepping Down from HHC

INDIANAPOLIS - The longtime president and chief executive officer of the Health and Hospital Corp. of Marion County has announced he is stepping down. Matthew Gutwein, who has served in the role since 2003, says he is resigning effective September 30.
