Haas: Bühler Introduces New Global Segment for Consumer Foods

Swiss processing technology firm Bühler Group plans to meld its chocolate, nuts, bakery, and coffee units with its Haas Group business under a new segment catering to at the global food market, the company announced Tuesday. The newly-minted Consumer Foods segment will offer food and confectionery manufacturers with a wide range of technology to produce a variety of food products including wafers, baked foods, chocolate, nuts, filled products.
