Griner Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for this 14 story hotel scheduled for completion April 2016. Designed by Santiesteban & Associates, this hotel will be located in Clearwater Beach and will be part of Hampton's new Forever Young design initiative, featuring modern guest space that is multi-functional and convenient as well as comfortable.
