EWING, NJ--(Marketwired - October 14, 2015) - HouseMaster LLC and Greensaver Home Energy Services Inc., (the HouseMaster Canada Master Franchisee), today announced that they have completed a transaction to create North America's leading home inspection company. Pursuant to the acquisition agreement, all of the HouseMaster Canada franchisees will become part of HouseMaster LLC.
