Investment bank Greene Holcomb & Fisher (GHF) and former ATM Network Inc. CEO Phillip Rock settled a lawsuit on undisclosed terms. Minneapolis-based GHF sued Rock late last year, saying it was owed fees for efforts to sell his Minnetonka-based company. The federal lawsuit also named eventual ATM Network buyer Cardtronics as a defendant.
