Insight Venture Partners has recapitalized La Jolla, California-based GraphPad Software Inc, a provider of data analysis, statistics and graphing software solutions for scientific research applications. No financial terms were disclosed. Intrepid Investment Bakers served as financial adviser to GraphPad on the transaction.
