Graphic Controls: Graphic Controls buys Vermont company

Graphic Controls LLC has acquired Bellows Falls, Vt.-based Vermed Inc. Terms of the deal, which took place in February, were not disclosed. Graphic Controls, headquartered at 400 Exchange Street in Buffalo, manufactures products for industrial, medical and other markets.
