A Centerville nonprofit agency has a new president and CEO set to move into the role this quarter. Judy A. Budi has been named president and CEO of Graceworks Lutheran Services, effective March 2 when Willis Serr retires. Budi will become the eighth, and first female, CEO. The organization provides affordable housing options, home care and other services for seniors and people living with intellectual disabilities.
