Gr8code: Gr8code lawsuit over $5.4 million moves from the investor to the founders

There's a new twist in the dispute over a Tampa startup and $5.4 million in venture capital. Gr8code LLC CEO Virginia Barnett filed suit against the other founders and a new company they operate.
