The software as a service (SaaS) market is predicted to be worth more than $132 billion by 2020. Many organizations are turning to SaaS applications to streamline their processes. The issue is that even though they are using SaaS applications, organizations are still having difficulties. In fact, a recent survey found that more than 80 percent of executives have had to change a part of their daily operations to match the way their software works. Yes, financial and distribution hurdles are overcome, but the more fundamental, end-user challenges such as reporting are not addressed.
