Whether patrons prefer to wager in-person or online, the patron experience is top of mind for all gaming operators. According to the American Gaming Association's (AGA) Commercial Gaming Revenue Tracker, although in-person gaming remains the bedrock of the revenue structure, the online gaming segment captured the largest share (26.0%) of monthly revenue since the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. As the gaming industry continues to grow, casinos' technological capabilities should be evolving for patron's needs as well. Casino operators need to tap into cashless gaming capabilities to give patrons an elevated experience.
