As GLMV’s Human Resources Director, John will be responsible for the design and implementation of HR Services, policies, and programs to attract, develop, and retain design professionals while upholding the organization’s values. GLMV’s HR department serves a professional staff in multiple states and offices who perform work for clients across the country. In John’s role, he will also work one-on-one with employee-owners at every level of the organization.
